| Siddharth Anand reacts to 'Pattern' as No. 1 Hindi film |
Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone's blockbuster Pathaan became the number one Hindi film, surpassing blockbusters such as Bahubali 2 and KGF: Chapter 2.
The film places director Siddharth Anand as one of the filmmakers who have earned more than Rs 50 crore nationally. Previously, SS Rajamouli had won the title.
Regarding achieving such a great milestone, Siddharth said: We do this with our cinematic brand, providing our viewers with India's best action entertainers. ”
Worldwide, the action-packed thriller has set an all-time record with an estimated $10.425 billion worldwide.
Pathaan is directed by Yash Raj Films. This is the fourth installment of the spy thriller backed by Yash Chopra's production company. Besides Shah Rukh and Deepika, other stars such as John Abraham, Dipper Kapadia and Asotosh Rana are also key figures in this film. According to Pinkvilla, the film will be released worldwide in multiple languages on January 25th.
