Selfie starring Akshay Kumar hits theaters this weekend. To promote the film, producers had Reed break a Guinness World Record. The record is for the person who took the most selfies in 3 minutes.
Akshay called Guinness World Records a tribute to his fans, writing on Instagram: "Everything I've achieved and where I am now in life is due to the unconditional love of my fans. This is a special tribute to them for how they've been supporting us.With the help of our fans, we broke the Guinness World Record for most selfies in 3 minutes: ) Thank you everyone, this is very special and I will always remember it.
Judging by the trailer, Selfiee's plot seems to have Akshay Kumar playing the superstar and Emraan Hashmi playing his fan. Fans wanted to take a selfie with the star, but somehow it turned into a big confrontation.
Akshay Kumar has not been doing well in the film industry since last year. Five films will be released in 2022. Bachchhan Paandey, Samrat Prithviraj, Ram Setu, Raksha Bandhan and Cuttputlli. Akshay is in a bind because all his films have been criticized alike by audiences and critics alike.
